SHRUTHI TRADERS Home Contact Properties More Log In RETURN POLICY We at Shruthi Traders are happy to accept any products returned to us. However, the reason for returning a product must be either one or all of the following: 1. The goods received by the customer were of poor quality. 2. The customer received the goods in a damaged condition. 3. Change of mind after receiving the product. Customers must write us an email or call if they need to return an item within ten days of receiving the same. They must mention the order ID while writing or calling to initiate a smooth return process. We have no pick-up facility available. The customer must bear the shipping charges incurred while returning an item. If the products are returned because of poor quality or damage, Shruthi Traders shall refund the full shipping charge if a valid shipping receipt is mailed to us. Customers must also ensure that the product/products returned to us is/are in original packaging and unused. Products returned due to a change of mind must be also in a resellable condition. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds shall be processed directly to the customer's bank account. Shruthi Traders will notify the customer once we receive a returned item and complete the refund process. Such communications shall be through email only.

However, the customers could also refuse an order at the doorstep, which would make the courier partner return us the order. Refunds for prepaid orders that are cancelled through the website of Shruthi Traders will be reflected in the bank account of the customer within seven days of cancellation. For prepaid orders that are refused at the delivery site, the customer must wait until the order reaches back our warehouse. Shruthi Traders shall initiate a refund after the same. The refund amount will be available in the customer's bank account within seven days of us receiving back the order.

The email id used to create an account on shruthitraders.com. Shruthi Traders will know about the mail id used for all accounts created on the site, regardless of whether they were made directly or through Google login. 2. The information provided by the customer while making an order, filling out the contact form and initiating a chat on the website. It includes the customer's shipping address, phone number and email id. 3. Text messages sent by the customer or a site visitor while using the chat feature available on the website. The messages sent through both the contact form and chat feature are saved on our servers. Shruthi Traders shall safely store such pieces of information on the servers. We shall never disclose them to any third parties outside Shruthi Traders. However, the shipping details of the customers, such as Name, Shipping Address, Phone Number and Mail ID shall be shared with our courier partners. We shall use the personal details provided by the customers while making an order only to fulfill the orders placed. Similarly, Shruthi Traders shall use the details provided by a visitor or a customer through the contact form and chat feature only to clarify doubts.
